The Electric Mountainbike i got had a good quality, the battery endurance was fine as well. I rode about 60km and had 1% left at the shop back again.
If i had used the electric power more on point (just level 2 or 3 in the very steep sections) i could have stretched it to 80km i guess.

How do I book a bike?
Submit the booking form with your dates, bike type and delivery location. We confirm availability by WhatsApp or email.
How fast will I get a response?
Most confirmations are sent within minutes during opening hours. Evening bookings may be answered the next morning.
Is the booking form a final reservation?
Not yet, it’s a request. Your booking becomes final once we confirm it manually.
What information do I need to provide?
Just:
– Rental dates
– Delivery address
– Bike type(s)
– WhatsApp or email for confirmation
How do I pay?
Payment is completed after confirmation. You can pay on delivery or via the method provided by the team.
Do you require online prepayment?
No. The form does not collect payment, everything is handled manually.
Is a deposit required?
Usually no. Carbon bikes or long-term rentals may require a refundable deposit.
Do you accept card payments?
Payment methods are shared during confirmation, depending on availability.
How does delivery work?
We deliver your bike directly to your hotel, villa or apartment at the agreed time. Adjustments and setup included.
Do I need to be present?
Yes. We hand over the bike personally, adjust the fit and make sure everything is running smoothly.
Is there a delivery fee?
Most areas are covered. If your location is far outside central Algarve zones, we’ll confirm any extra cost in advance.
How do returns work?
We pick up the bike at the time and location confirmed earlier. No shop drop-off needed.
What if I have a problem with the bike?
Contact us on WhatsApp. We provide quick assistance for punctures, adjustments or mechanical issues.
What is included with the rental?
Helmet, lock and basic accessories are always included. E-bikes come fully charged.
Do you offer replacement bikes if something goes wrong?
Yes, subject to availability.
Are the routes in the Algarve suitable for beginners?
Yes. Most lagoon paths, coastal routes and village roads are flat, calm and ideal for first-time riders.
